Brittany "Bitty" Hammond has been teaching since age 17. She feels her style of teaching not only works for all ages, but works with many different learning types. Her classes usually progress at a fast rate, and she combines a strong emphasis on technique with a ton of fun and great music! Bitty has been working professionally since age 6, and plans to continue onstage for the rest of her life. This OCHSA graduate knows how important it is to work hard and stay consistent to reach personal goals, and plans on helping others do the same. Recent credits include various roles in OC Pavilion's Peter Pan, Kathy Seldon in Singin' in the Rain (Curtain Call Dinner Theater), Peggy Sawyer in 42nd St. (Rose Center Theater), Co-choreographed and performed in OCC's Evening of B'Way IV (featuring her musical theater students), Minnie in West Side Story (FCLO) as well as numerous showcases and workshops in OC and LA. Other Credits include: West Coast Premier of Stephen Schwartz' Children of Eden, Disney's Geppetto, a Kellogg's Poptart Commercial (Nat'l) as well as various music videos and independent films. Bitty currently continues her dance training at Orange Coast College as well as EdgePAC in Hollywood.
